My name is Eric Latocki. I am at the time of this posting, a 42 year old father of 4 who loves to spend time with my 4 great kids. They are all very active and keeping up with them for many years is a huge goal of mine. You’ll not see me letting them have all the fun.
I have created this blog as a means to share what I have learned with you and prevent you from making the same mistakes that I have made and that plague so many who are trying to get lean and stay active!
I have been into fitness my whole life. I played sports, ran, swam, surfed, and I have been a crazy rock climber and mountain biker for most of my life now and still push myself to be the best at what I do no matter how old I get!
My weight training started in early high school and I have stayed in good shape ever since by following many different routines over the years. What I have found is staying in shape takes a commitment and I have had ups and downs along the way and have taken “fitness breaks” where I have let myself go for periods of time due to different reason such as injuries I’ve suffered both at work and at play! But I always come back to getting by body in good shape. But each time, I try to take myself to the next level more efficiency. I hate to waste time and I’m sure you do too.
As I get older of course, it takes a little more time and effort each time I start in on a new routine and getting six pack abs is no exception.
